Sie kennen diese Art von Caf\u00e9s: st\u00e4ndige Warteschlangen, viel Energie und Kaffee von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Es sieht aus wie ein gut organisierter Bienenstock.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Aber hinter den Kulissen? Eine ganz andere Geschichte.   <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8222;Etwa 80% unserer Zahlungen erfolgen immer noch in bar.&#8220;  <\/p>\n\n<p>Das allein schafft schon die Voraussetzungen. Skalieren Sie dies nun auf Dutzende (oder mehr) Standorte&#8230; und die Dinge werden schnell kompliziert.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Und dann kam der wahre Augen\u00f6ffner:  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8222;Unsere Gesamtkosten f\u00fcr die Bargeldbearbeitung?
