If you know who you purchased the original cash drawer from, please contact them and they should be able to assist you. If you have an OEM POS system, you will need to reach out to them for assistance. If you can configure the cash drawer through our <a href=\"https:\/\/apgsolutions.com\/es\/configurator\/\">product configurator,<\/a> you will be able to request a quote from a <a href=\"https:\/\/apgsolutions.com\/es\/distribuidores\/\">Distributor<\/a> after the configuration is completed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are my options for repair?<\/h2>\n\n<p>We offer warranty and non-warranty RMA&#8217;s. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/apgsolutions.com\/es\/contacto\/\">contact us<\/a> for a unique RMA number to ship the drawer back to apg for repair. If the drawer is under warranty, we will cover the cost of parts, labor, and shipment back to you. Customers with drawers not under warranty should contact us for an estimate of the charges. If you are able to repair the drawer yourself, we will ship out parts to customers with product within warranty. Customers with product outside of warranty may purchase parts <a href=\"\/store\/\">online<\/a> or from your POS reseller.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I get an RMA?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Please contact us and have the following ready: your part and serial numbers, a return address, and a description of the problem. We will assign a unique RMA number. This number will accompany your drawer through our factory and back to your return address.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will you service the equipment?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Meeting and exceeding our customer requirements is something we take to heart. apg stands behind our customers and our products.
