Los compradores est\u00e1n dispuestos a compartir datos personales siempre que crean que los minoristas los proteger\u00e1n y utilizar\u00e1n por las razones adecuadas. <\/p>\n\n<p>Las estrategias de personalizaci\u00f3n son fundamentales para que el marketing minorista sea m\u00e1s oportuno y relevante, pero los minoristas deben demostrar claros beneficios para el cliente si quieren acceder a los datos. Aunque los clientes agradecen los cupones personalizados, las recompensas por fidelidad y las experiencias de compra m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y gratificantes, no quieren compartir datos con los minoristas que los recopilan s\u00f3lo en su propio beneficio. Esto se desprende claramente de las conclusiones de varios estudios recientes.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-data-exchange-for-retailer-value\">Intercambio de datos para el valor del minorista<\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, una investigaci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n de L\u00edderes de la Industria Minorista (RILA) descubri\u00f3 que a la mayor\u00eda de los consumidores (63%) no les importa compartir datos personales con los minoristas \u00aba cambio de ventajas como cr\u00e9ditos autom\u00e1ticos para cupones y puntos de fidelidad (64% de los encuestados), acceso a ofertas exclusivas (60%), la posibilidad de ganar puntos y recompensas (56%) u ofertas especiales de art\u00edculos que les interesan (53%)\u00bb, seg\u00fan informa Retail Dive.<\/p>\n\n<p>El hallazgo coincide con el del estudio \u00abRetail 2025 Shopper Study\u00bb de RIS, que revel\u00f3 que el inter\u00e9s de los consumidores por que los comercios utilicen la identificaci\u00f3n digital de los compradores aument\u00f3 al 73% en 2018, frente al 57% del a\u00f1o anterior. \u00abSin embargo, buscan principalmente un beneficio, como recordarles una recompensa que deben canjear (65%) o recibir ofertas dentro de la tienda (59%)\u00bb, dice el estudio. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trustworthy-retailers-define-purpose\">Los minoristas de confianza definen su prop\u00f3sito<\/h2>\n\n<p>La confianza desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en las transacciones de datos entre clientes y minoristas. Una investigaci\u00f3n realizada por Accenture para RILA revela que los clientes buscan que los minoristas se conviertan en asesores de confianza. \u00abSer un asesor de confianza es un elemento central del prop\u00f3sito de una marca. Al articular ese prop\u00f3sito con claridad, los consumidores conocer\u00e1n realmente la marca, lo que representa, lo que puede ofrecer y c\u00f3mo puede mejorar su vida cotidiana\u00bb, dice el estudio.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pero crear confianza no es todo. A los consumidores les preocupa la <a href=\"https:\/\/apg.apgsolutions.com\/retail-security-best-practices\">ciberseguridad<\/a>, como revela un estudio de Longitude para Verizon. En un blog sobre las conclusiones del estudio, Verizon argumenta: \u00abViola la confianza de los consumidores y prep\u00e1rate para sufrir las consecuencias\u00bb. El estudio revela que el 92% de los encuestados cambiar\u00eda su relaci\u00f3n con una marca y que muchos de ellos \u00absimplemente se llevar\u00edan su negocio a otra parte\u00bb.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Los minoristas deben ser transparentes sobre los motivos por los que recopilan <a href=\"https:\/\/apg.apgsolutions.com\/retail-security-best-practices\">los datos de los<\/a> clientes y explicarles c\u00f3mo van a utilizarlos, seg\u00fan revela el estudio.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los clientes buscan honradez e integridad, que en el estudio de RIS aparecieron como \u00ablos principales factores que influyen en las compras, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del precio, la calidad y la comodidad, para una gran mayor\u00eda de compradores (67%)\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<p>La conclusi\u00f3n es que los consumidores est\u00e1n dispuestos a adoptar una experiencia de compra personalizada, y compartir\u00e1n de buen grado los datos que la hacen posible. Sigue existiendo una gran preocupaci\u00f3n por la seguridad y por c\u00f3mo se utilizan los datos.
