En effet, l&rsquo;argent liquide est plus facile \u00e0 budg\u00e9tiser et permet aux utilisateurs de faire leurs achats dans l&rsquo;anonymat.  <\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0Dans ce monde de plus en plus num\u00e9rique, l&rsquo;argent liquide continue de jouer un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant. Non seulement la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;argent liquide en circulation continue d&rsquo;augmenter, mais elle le fait plus rapidement que le PIB dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des pays\u00a0\u00bb, selon un livre blanc intitul\u00e9 The Future of Cash (L&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;argent liquide), r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par Guillaume Lepecq, de CashEssentials, et Petteri Lillberg, de Demos Helsinki.<\/p><p>Pour les d\u00e9taillants, le message est clair : ne n\u00e9gligez pas les esp\u00e8ces. Vous risquez de perdre des ventes aupr\u00e8s des clients qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent l&rsquo;argent liquide. Un acheteur en magasin sur deux a abandonn\u00e9 ses achats parce que le bon mode de paiement ne lui a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9. Selon une \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine Retail Reimagined men\u00e9e par Ayden, 1,1 milliard de dollars de ventes potentielles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perdues parce que les commer\u00e7ants n&rsquo;ont pas propos\u00e9 l&rsquo;option de paiement pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des consommateurs. 63 % des consommateurs sont tout \u00e0 fait d&rsquo;accord pour dire que les commer\u00e7ants devraient autoriser les paiements en esp\u00e8ces en plus des options de paiement \u00e9lectronique, selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2020 par Javelin Strategy and Research. Dans un avenir proche, les paiements en esp\u00e8ces et sans esp\u00e8ces devront coexister, c&rsquo;est pourquoi les d\u00e9taillants doivent mettre en place leurs syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;encaissement de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, tant au point de vente (POS) que dans l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-boutique.     <\/p><h2 id=\"h-creating-the-right-pos-setup\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Cr\u00e9er la bonne configuration de point de vente<\/strong><\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><\/figure><p>L&rsquo;espace le plus cher dans un magasin se trouve \u00e0 la caisse du point de vente, et les d\u00e9taillants doivent donc en faire bon usage. Cela ne signifie pas qu&rsquo;il faille l\u00e9siner sur le tiroir-caisse pour gagner de la place. Les tiroirs-caisses sont con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de l&rsquo;environnement commercial et aux volumes de transactions pr\u00e9vus, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de tiroirs manuels \u00e0 faible utilisation ou de tiroirs robustes et r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.  <\/p><p>Pour d\u00e9terminer la solution la mieux adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 un environnement particulier, il faut tenir compte de facteurs tels que les flux de tr\u00e9sorerie quotidiens, le nombre d&#8217;employ\u00e9s autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser le tiroir et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration \u00e9ventuelle du tiroir-caisse au logiciel de point de vente. L&#8217;emplacement du tiroir est \u00e9galement important &#8211; par exemple, un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 couvercle rabattable convient mieux \u00e0 certains am\u00e9nagements que les tiroirs coulissants con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre install\u00e9s sous le comptoir. <\/p><p>Un autre facteur essentiel \u00e0 prendre en compte est l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration avec les p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques et les connexions r\u00e9seau. Les d\u00e9taillants ont besoin de la bonne combinaison de mat\u00e9riel et de logiciel POS pour servir au mieux leurs clients. Les installations actuelles montrent que les d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es \u00e0 la manipulation des esp\u00e8ces peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 90 % lorsque l&rsquo;on utilise des syst\u00e8mes robustes tels que le syst\u00e8me <strong><em>SMART<\/em><\/strong>till d&rsquo;APG.   <\/p><p>Les<strong><em> SMART<\/em><\/strong>capture les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el de la caisse, en mettant \u00e0 jour et en rapprochant les soldes de caisse \u00e0 chaque achat. Il n&rsquo;est donc plus n\u00e9cessaire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un rapprochement des esp\u00e8ces \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e, ce qui permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de gestion.  <\/p><h2 id=\"h-improving-the-customer-experience-through-cash-management\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gestion des liquidit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><\/figure><p>Pourquoi vos meilleurs employ\u00e9s, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les directeurs de magasin, doivent-ils g\u00e9rer les esp\u00e8ces ?
