RSPA’s annual RetailNOW show is just days away! The conference will take place July 28th-31st in sunny San Antonio, TX at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The four-day conference, trade show and networking event is best known as “where the industry meets”.
This year, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a large and diverse expo hall with up to 200 exhibitors, all showcasing the latest solutions in the industry. The diversity of attendees and exhibitors allows for education on the latest industry and market issues, emerging technologies and best practices to grow channel businesses. Enhancing the Customer Experience at the Point of Sale:
With customers’ in-store expectations for quick transaction times and a low tolerance for queuing, retailers are under pressure to optimize their Point-of-Sale operations. Stephen will highlight the challenges faced by retailers, explaining how the latest POS solutions could curb future revenue losses-and with recent research revealing that US retailers lost an excess of $75 billion to abandoned carts last year, this is a talk that business owners cannot afford to miss.
