Meet the Account Management Team:
Rick Hardman and Michael Bruigom – Covering the UK & Ireland, the Nordics, and South Africa, Rick and Michael bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to their regions, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions and support.
Jef Rours – Responsible for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and Eastern Europe, Jef is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of these markets and delivering tailored solutions that drive success.
Victor Alvarado – Looking after the IBERIA region, Victor brings a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to delivering apg’s high standards of service and support. His focus on IBERIA ensures that our clients in Spain and Portugal receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Laurent Grelu and Vittorio Sagot – Serving France, Benelux, and Italy, Laurent and Vittorio are committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to help businesses thrive in these diverse and dynamic regions.

Leonardo Andres and Ian Uiterwijk – As key members of our Solutions Architects team, Leonardo and Ian play a vital role in designing and implementing advanced cash management solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. Their expertise ensures that our products are not only innovative but also practical and efficient. The team delivers technical expertise, training and helps our resellers, distributors but also the end-customers, understand smarttill, our cash management solution.
The Solutions Architects team is led by Cedric Szotylo, our EMEA Solutions Architect Manager. Cedric’s leadership and technical acumen guide the team in developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions that enhance our clients’ operational efficiency and security.

The Sales Team is led by Walter Heyvaert, our EMEA Sales Manager, whose strategic vision and leadership guide the team’s efforts to achieve outstanding results. Alongside Walter, Peter Chalkley, the EMEA & APAC Channel Manager, plays a crucial role in managing our channel partnerships and expanding our reach across the EMEA and APAC region.
Together, these teams are dedicated to delivering apg’s best-in-class cash management solutions, including the revolutionary smarttill™ cash management solution, the mobile cart and kiosk, and of course our secure, high-quality cash drawers.
