You will be asked below to provide your cash drawer Part Number and Serial Number. Reference the example label below, highlighting the general location on where to find this information. Part Numbers can generally be found within the green highlighted box and your Serial Number can be located on the label within the yellow highlighted box.

If your product qualifies for the exchange program, APG will send you shipping instructions to route your cash drawers to the Safe Waste Disposal location. Once the product arrives at the Safe Waste Disposal location, the product will be reworked and returned.
