Minneapolis, MN – September 16th, 2013– APG Cash Drawer, LLC is pleased to welcome the newest addition to their team, Gordon Yang, Senior Sales Manager-China. Based in Beijing, Gordon will be responsible for developing and supporting customer activities in China and will work alongside Jack Zheng, APG’s Business Product Manager of China.

It’s important for us to have the global support as we continue to expand our footprint. Gordon will enhance our ability to support new and existing customers in China. We are excited to have Gordon on our team.” “Retailers are looking for the latest technologies that can improve the overall customer experience, and they are looking to do this across their global enterprise,” stated Mark Olson, President at APG Cash Drawer. “As we work to leverage our products and brand in worldwide markets, we must expand our presence. In the spring of 2013 we established APG China to serve the Chinese market. The addition of Gordon to our team in China is the next logical step. Gordon will work closely with our established OEM partners as they expand into Asia and specifically China. He will assist them in introducing these new technologies to their customers and to help them grow their businesses. Our strategic intent remains to participate in Asia as both a source and a market-Gordon will help us achieve these goals,” said Olson. Gordon has a Bachelor Degree in International Business from Beijing UIBE (University of Business and Economy). Yang’s work experience includes ten years of international business efforts in electronics, mobile manufacturing, and wind turbines. Yang’s hobbies include basketball, traveling, swimming, learning about different cultures, and history. Gordon is married and the proud father of four year old daughter.
